- 7th June 2005 - Pörtschach am Wörthersee in Kärnten
Über
Einladung der Arbeitsgemeinschaft Alpen Adria – Arbeitsgruppe
Um-weltschutz und des Landes Kärnten fand am 7.Juni 2005 im
Kongresszent-rum in Pörtschach am Wörthersee in Kärnten ein
hochkarätig besetzter Workshop (ca. 90 Teilnehmer) zur Thematik SUP
– Strategische Umwelt-prüfung – Lösungsstrategien betreffend
die Umsetzung der EU-Richtlinie-RL 2001/42/EG statt.
Das Ziel dieser Veranstaltung war
- die Vermittlung von grundsätzlichen Informationen zu dieser
Richtlinie
- die Vorstellung methodischer Problemlösungsstrategien
- Erfahrungsberichte zu durchgeführten Pilotprojekten
- die Definition der „Erheblichkeit von Umweltauswirkungen"
als Kenngröße für
die Notwendigkeit zur Durchführung von strategischen
Umweltprüfungen
- die Vorstellung von unterschiedlichen Umsetzungsstrategien in
den Regionen
der ARGE Alpen-Adria
Die einzelnen Referate sowie die Tagungsteilnehmer werden hier im
Sinne der Tagungsprogrammabfolge in allen ARGE Alpen Adria-Sprachen
zur Verfügung gestellt.

At
the 7th of June 2005 the Alps Adriatic Working Community – Working
Group Environmental Protection of the Land of Carinthia invited to a
work-shop with top-class participants in the Congress Centre of Pörtschach
(about 90 participants). The subject matter of the workshop was SUP
– Strategic Environmental Assessment strategies to solve the
implementation of the EU- Directive 2001/42/EG.
The
goals to reach in this event were the following:
- To communicate/mediate
the basic information concerning this Direc-tive
- To introduce methodological strategies to solve the problem
- After-action reports of pilot projects that have already been
carried out
- To define the "relevancy of environmental effects" as a
parame-ter/characteristic for
the necessity of the implementation of a
strategic Environmental Assessment
- To introduce the different strategies for the implementation in
the re-gions of the
Alps Adriatic Working Community
A list of all the different reports as well as all participants of
the conference will be made available in all languages of the Alps
Adriatic Working Com-munity in terms of the conference schedule. |
